NMW Legal/Franchise Consultancy Services offers competitive rates for all work undertaken and has a policy of agreeing the entire project fees in advance so that there are no ‘nasty’ surprises when the work concludes. Several clients retain Nina on an ongoing basis to provide regular input on both operational and legal issues and some clients also retain Chris in the capacity of Interim Franchise Manager while they build up their own operational experience.
For franchisees, reports on franchise agreements are undertaken for a fixed fee of £395 plus VAT and there is a reduced fee of £395 including VAT for HSBC customers through their Fixed Fee Vetting Scheme, £410 including VAT for RBS/NatWest customers, and £444 including VAT for Lloyds TSB customers through their Franchise Agreement Review Service.
